Our Adira 180-ton CNC press brake handles precision bending for aluminum sheet, stainless, and steel plate. From simple angle bends to complex multi-bend channel profiles — all done in-house in Fort Lauderdale.
Send your flat blank dimensions and bend sequence. We'll quote material, setup, and bending time — fast turnaround for production and one-off jobs.
We have an Adira 180-ton CNC press brake with 10-foot bending length. The CNC back gauge and crowning system allow precise repeatability on complex multi-step bends — essential for fitted panels and structural components.
Aluminum (all common marine alloys), stainless steel, mild steel, and brass. We account for spring-back in the tooling setup — particularly important for 5052 and 6061 aluminum which has higher spring-back than steel.
Yes. We can reverse-engineer bend geometry from existing panels (using our 3D scanner) or work from OEM drawings. The CNC back gauge allows us to hit tight tolerances on repeated bends across long panels.
Yes. We program press brake sequences from DXF/DWG files. For complex formed parts, we use the CAD data to determine bend sequence, punch radius, and die selection to achieve the correct geometry without cracking the material.
