We do one-off and production custom metal fabrication in aluminum, stainless steel, and structural steel. Projects range from a single fitting to full structural assemblies. Marine is our flagship specialty, but we work across all industries.
All three. We accept CAD files (DXF, DWG, STEP), hand sketches with dimensions, and physical parts to reverse-engineer. We can also design from scratch if you describe what you need — we have in-house CAD capability.
Standard fabrication tolerance is ±0.030 inch (approximately ±0.8mm) on critical dimensions. Tighter tolerances are available on request for precision assemblies. We measure and verify before finishing.
Yes. We do both one-off custom fabrication and production runs. For production, we nest for efficient material utilization on the waterjet, program CNC equipment for repeatability, and apply the same quality standards to every part.
