Send us your drawings, photos, or describe the part. We'll give you a straight answer on scope and price — usually within 24 hours.
We work in aluminum alloys (5083, 5052, 6061 — the standard marine hull and structure alloys), 316L marine-grade stainless steel for hardware and fittings, and structural steel for certified hull frames and engine mounts. Material selection is driven by the application, classification requirements, and the vessel's existing spec.
Both. Marine work is overwhelmingly one-off — a replacement cleat mount for a 1970s sportfisher, a custom engine mount for a converted vessel — and we're set up for exactly that. We also run small production batches for OEM customers and refit yards. There's no minimum quantity.
Yes. We use 3D scanning to capture the geometry of existing parts — worn, corroded, or otherwise — and produce digital models we can cut directly on the waterjet or use to drive our press brake and rolling programs. This is especially useful for discontinued hardware and vintage vessels where drawings no longer exist.
Our shop holds Lloyds, ABS & USCG certification — the three major marine classification bodies. For certified jobs we provide weld procedure records, welder qualification documentation, and NDT reports as applicable. Insurance surveyors and classification societies accept our paperwork routinely.
