What We Build

A leaking or failed fuel tank is a fire risk and a regulatory problem. We build tanks that meet ABYC H-24 standards for both diesel and gasoline applications. Every tank is baffled to reduce fuel surge, pressure-tested before it leaves the shop, and labeled with capacity and spec information. All fittings are placed to your engine room layout — not a generic template.

  • Diesel and gasoline — proper material and construction for both diesel and gasoline fuel systems
  • ABYC compliant construction — built to ABYC H-24 standards, ready for insurance survey and Coast Guard inspection

  • Baffled and pressure-tested — internal baffles reduce fuel surge; every tank is pressure-tested before delivery
  • Fill, vent, and pickup fitting placement — all fittings sized and located to your fuel system layout — deck fill, vent, supply, return, and sender locations
