Custom metalwork for the spaces that keep a superyacht running. Engine mounts, exhaust systems, piping runs, custom brackets, diamond plate flooring — fabricated to ABS standards in Fort Lauderdale. We've worked inside vessels up to 330 feet.
We fabricated and installed engine room components aboard the Superyacht Nika D — one of the largest vessels we've worked on at 330 feet. The scope included CNC-cut structural panels, custom diamond plate flooring, and precision metalwork throughout the machinery space. Every piece fabricated off-vessel in our Fort Lauderdale shop and installed to fit.

Yes. We scan or template the existing pattern, then waterjet cut matching panels in aluminum or stainless. We can also design new diamond plate layouts optimized for drainage and equipment access.
We work with naval architects and marine engineers who provide structural calculations for any load-bearing modifications. Our fabrication follows the engineer-approved drawings exactly, with documentation for class survey.
