The engine room on a superyacht is a precision environment — every bracket, every pipe run, every mount has to fit, hold, and withstand heat, vibration, and salt water. We've done engine room fabrication on vessels from 40 feet to 330 feet. ABS certification isn't optional for structural work in the machinery space, and we hold it.
We fabricated and installed engine room components aboard the Superyacht Nika D — one of the largest vessels we've worked on at 330 feet. The scope included CNC-cut structural panels, custom diamond plate flooring, and precision metalwork throughout the machinery space. Every piece fabricated off-vessel in our Fort Lauderdale shop and installed to fit.
