How We Work on Hull Repairs

Every structural job follows a documented process. No shortcuts on hulls.

Assessment & Scope

We come to the vessel. Visual inspection, templating, thickness measurements, and sometimes ultrasound — whatever it takes to define the scope accurately before a dollar is spent.

Material Procurement

We source plate or extrusion to the correct alloy spec with mill certifications. For classified vessels, material traceability starts at the steel service center.

Fabrication & Welding

Plate cut on our CNC waterjet, formed on our press brake or rolling machine, then welded to ABS procedures. Multi-pass welds visually inspected between passes.

Documentation & Handoff

Complete documentation package: weld procedures, welder qualification records, material certs, and inspection reports. Ready for surveyor review at handoff.
